Jesolo Lido is a long, low coastline of fine sand that
gently slopes down to a clear, unpolluted sea and stretches
for more than fifteen kilometres, just a stones
throw from Venice.
Each year it welcomes the millions of tourists who choose
Jesolo Lido as their holiday venue because alongside the
beach it also offers visitors a whole host of entertainment,
cultural and sports options, such as tennis, horse riding,
windsurfing and karting to name but a few. The town is
home to a number of international events, which take place
all year round.
Jesolo nestles in a mixed valley river lagoon
setting, boasting a unique natural beauty that maintains
the signs of its millenary history. |
 |

|
Jesolo is also the ideal starting point for trips to Venice
and the islands of the lagoon. The shortest way is to
reach Punta Sabbioni (15km away) by schedule
coach service or car.
Every 30 minutes, a motorboat leaves Punta Sabbioni for
Venice, stopping at St. Marks Square, or the islands
of Burano, Murano and Torcello, the true jewels of the
Venetian Republic. |
